Position: P/A cum Operations Coordinator (Logistics)

What does the job require you to do:

  • Able to communicate effectively and liaise with the management and others
  • Able to organise personnel
  • Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained in the school premises and facilities.

Key skills and qualifications of a Logistics Coordinator

  • Experienced within an office environment, and preferably a school.
  • Organised and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues, teachers and the management, following verbal and written instructions.
  • Able to efficiently solve problems relating to maintaining a good and safe school environment.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to the job.
