Position: P/A cum Operations Coordinator (Logistics)
What does the job require you to do:
- Able to communicate effectively and liaise with the management and others
- Able to organise personnel
- Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained in the school premises and facilities.
Key skills and qualifications of a Logistics Coordinator
- Experienced within an office environment, and preferably a school.
- Organised and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues, teachers and the management, following verbal and written instructions.
- Able to efficiently solve problems relating to maintaining a good and safe school environment.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to the job.
